Sometimes when upgrading existing customer hardware we can run into challenges where the old hardware is physically/ structurally different to newer solutions. For example, where an old intercom’s outdoor station is recessed into a brick wall and the new smarter system is smaller. Rather than install the new outdoor station and not address the large hole that will be left, we like to work with our customers to design an appealing solution.

We find working closely with our customers gives us a greater idea of their expectations and any special requirements they may have.
